My client, a London based social housing provider is looking for a head of organisational development to lead a small team and deliver on some business critical projects.
Deliverables include:
1. Developing the capabilities of the team
2. Designing a mentoring programme to help deliver EDI objectives
3. Consider job structures and job families with a view to succession planning and designing a high potential programme
The individual will need to be resilient as there is a changeable environment, have a true desire to lead people as well as take forward the learning proposition for the organisation.
The role is for 3-4 days’ a week and one day in the office is desirable
