Interim AD of Customer and Communities

My client, a medium size housing association in the home counties, is looking for an experienced housing operations director to work with the executive director of customer to deliver the customer strategy, setting the vision and leadership of the Customer directorate with specific responsibility for tenancy and community services.

They will play a key part in the wider leadership team to achieve ambitious targets; hold direct accountability for ensuring they are providing excellent, efficient and compliant services to customers in the following areas:

Pre-tenancy and lettings homes

Housing & community management

Community safety

Tenancy support services

Older People Housing

Private Sector Leasing

They will act as the custodian to ensure they are responding to customers’ evolving needs and preferences to design and deliver services, including through digital channels and more traditional ways for customers who need them.

This role will be for a minimum of six months, and will be hybrid working
