Our insurance client is seeking an experienced and ambitious consultant to join their Finance Transformation team. You will be part of a growing and a diverse team that combines business implementation, systems integration, and financial modeling capabilities working across the insurance business. You will gain experience working across the spectrum of Finance Transformation and be part of us taking our business to the next level embracing exciting advances in technology and data to solve business challenges.
About the Role:The team is looking for a consultant with a strong delivery track record in Finance Transformation who can leverage business and technology-based solutions to deliver outcomes for our clients. Prior consulting or insurance background is a preferred requirement for delivering on Finance Transformation programs in the Financial Services/Insurance Industry. An understanding of Financial Services Organization’s Target Operating Model, Process & Controls, Organization Design, Change Management, and Business Readiness is needed with a preference for Insurance.
- Responsibilities: Playing a key role in the delivery of Finance Transformation Programs including requirements gathering, Process mapping, Controls documentation, writing Process Narratives / Operating Procedures, Working Day Timetable documentation, Reporting requirement documentation
- Develop Change Management, Impact Assessment, and Business Readiness/Training materials documentation
- Preparation of material for design workshops, understanding the requirements and translating these into application business design
- Assisting senior management in design workshops and understand the client’s business requirements and translate to leading practice processes and business design
- Delivering key elements of engagement mobilization through scoping, planning, and defining outcomes
- Coordinating activities between small teams on projects to deliver tasks, including providing guidance and feedback to junior team members
