The past year threw up many challenges for business and we made the bold decision to continue with growth plans against the turbulent backdrop. As such, this accolade truly highlights the resilience of the business we have built and, as a consultancy that advises on a range of talent challenges including employee engagement and wellbeing, is a testament of our stripes in people management.
Most importantly though, it demonstrates that our small but mighty team are engaged and happy – even during the height of a pandemic.
