Julia has held a series of global and regional talent consulting positions in large complex highly matrixed financial services organisations working with c-suite executives to design talent strategies aligned to business strategies. She has over 25 years of talent experience and as she started her career as a chartered accountant is focused on driving business outcomes.
Her experience includes designing and leading virtual large scale skills and transformation programmes implemented through virtual/technology solutions as well as small scale bespoke face to face interactions. She has deep expertise in leadership and team development, organisational change, talent strategy design, technical and non-technical programme design, competency framework and leadership model design, talent philosophy and talent management approaches and a broad expertise in many other aspects of talent consulting.
Having worked in-house for many years she has practically experienced how unlocking the true potential of individuals and teams drives business value and believes now more than ever leading for resilience is a critical factor.
Louise is a business psychologist and specialises in leadership assessment and development. She has extensive international experience working both in-house and as an external consultant to deliver leading-edge talent programmes. She has successfully operated within both the private and public sectors, and has previously worked for BT Group, Lidl and Hyde Housing. Her international experience includes working in the Middle East.
Louise is a certified coach and counsellor has a particular interest in helping individuals identify and overcome their barriers to success. She particularly enjoys working with individuals to help them identify and unlock their potential. Louise joined Wickland Westcott at NSCG from a large multinational organisation, where she led the implementation of end-to-end selection processes across volume roles in the UK. Her qualifications include an MSc Occupational Psychology and she is Chartered with the CIPD. She is also qualified in occupational testing for ability and personality.
