How COVID changed everything: future working patterns (On Demand)

Presented by NSCG in association with the Institute of Interim Management

The COVID-19 pandemic has unleashed a new era for business, causing rapid change across every sector. The requirement for increased flexibility in hours and location of work presents unique opportunities for interim managers.

During the conversation, we will consider the challenges of a more flexible workforce in the context of the developing HR response along the pandemic timeline. We will also look at the emerging strategic objectives as presented by a rapidly-changing and contrasting trading environment within different sectors. And finally, we look at how businesses could respond to those challenges going forward.

About the speaker
