About the speakers

Tracy Shuff is a Career Coach with over 10 years’ experience. She has coached hundreds of individuals from commercial organisations large and small, including Astrazeneca, Barclays, Co-operative Group and Shell and – in the public sector – Local Government, Emergency Services and NHS. In all cases, she works with the coachee and, if appropriate, their manager to agree the overall aims and objectives of the coaching intervention, along with the desired outcomes and timescales.

Jerome Bull is a director and head of executive search at NSCG. He has a 20+ year track record in executive search complemented by a background in psychometric assessment. Having worked with a wide range of organisations under different ownership regimes and successfully delivered assignments across multiple sectors, he brings market insight and fresh thinking. Jerome works closely with clients to define their leadership requirements in terms of values, philosophy and culture fit, as well as knowledge and experience.

Keith Butler is a consultant within the executive search division of NSCG. He has over 30 years’ recruitment experience and have successfully grown a number of recruitment organisations, including a start-up recruitment process outsourcing company that he led to a turnover of £20 million and his own management recruitment agency. He is responsible for providing executive search and selection services at management and director level, working across a number of sectors including housing, local government, manufacturing and business services.
