Building great teams: what matters and why? (On Demand)

Teamwork is a prerequisite in nearly all organisations and managers at every level are dependent on their teams to deliver positive outcomes and solutions to problems. However, whilst some teams achieve astounding results, many fail to deliver.

So, what do we really know about teams and how can their leaders make them perform better?

Colin Mercer and Stuart O’Reilly, who will co-host this webinar, are directors within NSCG’s leadership consulting business. Drawing on their expertise and experience of transforming teams and organisations, they will run this discussion that will tackle the following questions:

  • What really counts as a team?
  • What are the fundamentals?
  • How do you get teams to high performance?
  • Lencioni’s model of team performance?
  • What does remote working mean for teams?
  • What can go wrong in teams?
  • Is a board a team?
